How we stand behind it
We answer for the paperwork
Every compliance document we issue is signed and traceable. If a market surveillance authority asks your importer for documentation, you have it — with our name on it.
Documents retained for five years
Test reports, conformity declarations and batch references are kept for five years from the date of shipment, and retrievable for you on request.
Third-party audits welcome
We hold ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and BSCI. We accept customer and third-party audits of the production facility — tell us your audit standard and we will schedule it, with one week's notice.
We fix the problem, we don't argue about it
Non-conforming goods are replaced or credited under warranty — 2 years on infant mattresses, 10 years on adult mattresses (90 × 190 cm and above). In-line checks during production and AQL inspection before packing mean most issues are caught before the container leaves.
We tell you what we can't do
If a certification you need isn't held, or a test isn't feasible on your timeline, we say so at quotation stage — not after the deposit.
Packaging compliance: PPWR
Since 12 August 2026, every packaging type placed on the EU market must be backed by a manufacturer's Declaration of Conformity (DoC) under Regulation (EU) 2025/40 — the Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation.
