Yes. Factory visits and third-party audits are welcome and can be arranged through us. The facility already holds ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and BSCI certification, and has been audited under SMETA (Sedex) 4-Pillar for UK and Australian retail buyers.

Your designs stay yours. We do not resell specs or private-label constructions developed for one buyer to another.

Packing depends on the model and your market:

• Compressed roll-packed — most adult and kids’ mattresses. Smaller carton, much higher container loading, suited to parcel networks and roll-in-box retail.
• Flat-packed / non-compressed — infants’ cot mattresses and rigid items that should not be compressed.

Every specification sheet states the carton dimensions, carton CBM and 40HQ loading quantity. Where the manufacturer has issued an official loading figure we use that; otherwise the figure is calculated at 68 CBM usable container volume.

Yes. We can supply your brand on labels, covers, cartons and barcodes, plus retail-ready carton artwork sized to your planogram and carrier limits.

Tell us the retail programme requirements — shelf-ready packaging, barcode format, carton labelling standard — and we will confirm feasibility at quotation stage.

The full export set: commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificates of conformity and test reports where applicable. We can also arrange third-party inspection and issue the report to you before the goods leave.

If your market or your buyer requires a specific test on the goods you order, state it in writing at enquiry stage. We will confirm feasibility, quote the testing cost and lead time, arrange the test on your production batch, and issue the report with the shipping documents.

We have supplied importers, supermarket chains and brand owners across Europe, North America and Oceania, with over two decades of export experience.

Certain models are specifically built for particular markets — for example EN 16890 compliance for UK and EU cot mattresses, and BS 7177 flammability for the UK. Tell us your destination market and we will confirm which of our existing models already fit, and what would need testing.

EN 16890 is the EU safety standard specific to cot and crib mattresses and includes flammability requirements — it is the relevant standard for this range, not the adult-mattress standards.

For the UK, BS 7177 flammability compliance is available. Tell us your destination market at enquiry stage and we will confirm which tests apply to the models you shortlist, and arrange them on your production batch.

Cot and crib dimensions vary significantly by market, so this range is quoted to your required size rather than from a single standard:

• EU: 60×120 cm and 70×140 cm are the common cot sizes
• US: crib dimensions differ from the EU standard
• AU: again a separate size convention

Confirm the dimension you need and we will quote against it. Do not assume a standard size transfers between markets without checking.

This range is deliberately built firm and flat — that is what infant sleep safety guidance asks for, and it is what buyers for this category expect.

Most models sit at Firm (8/10) or a medium-firm setting. We do not supply soft, deeply contoured infant surfaces.

Yes — a removable, washable cover is standard on this range, which is what parents and nursery retailers ask for.

Both the cover and, on several models, the core can be specified as washable. Check the individual product page, or tell us your requirement and we will confirm which models meet it.

This range is all-foam (no springs), with certified materials:

• CertiPUR-US certified foam — no heavy metals, no prohibited phthalates, low VOC
• GREENGUARD Gold on many models — low chemical emissions, the grade required by many nursery and institutional programmes
• OEKO-TEX / Class I cover fabrics on selected models — the classification specifically required for infant products

Some models are also built around breathable constructions (e.g. 4D air fibre, cooling foam) for warmer climates.

It is the volume tier — built for mid-market retail programmes rather than the hotel/premium end:

• Pocket spring, Bonnell spring and foam cores across 11–35.6 cm
• Removable washable covers as standard — which matters a great deal in the kids’ category
• Size runs that map onto junior beds, bunks and standard EU/US/UK bedroom furniture

It is priced for container volume while keeping the same certified materials as the rest of the range.

Yes. A removable washable cover is standard on this range, and many models are zip-off. Check the individual product page for the specific model — the “Zipper” and “Washable” attributes are listed per product.

Roughly:

• Pocket spring (22 models) — independent coil movement, better for two sleepers and for perceived quality. The main choice for mid and upper tiers.
• Bonnell spring (5 models) — cost-effective open coil, well suited to entry-price programmes.
• Foam (9 models) — no springs at all; the right choice where coil-free construction is preferred, or for lighter users.

Yes — some models in this range are dual-sided or have symmetric flip-friendly construction to extend service life. The “Dual-Sided” attribute is stated per product.

If extended lifespan matters for your market, tell us and we will shortlist the dual-sided models.

The range covers roughly 3 to 18 years, spread across junior, kids and teen stages — each product page states its recommended age.

Where a model suits all ages (some of the thinner foam constructions), that is stated instead.

Yes. The Deep Rest constructions are what we supply into hotel and contract channels. For contract work we can specify:

• Higher-density foams and firmer settings suited to commercial use
• Reinforced edge support and higher-spec pocket units
• Contract-grade cover fabrics and, where required, dual-sided construction

Tell us the contract requirements — expected service life, warranty terms, any specified standard — and we will confirm what we can build.

Both are premium comfort layers, used for different feel and marketing angle:

• Gel memory foam — pressure-relieving, slow-conforming, sleeps warmer; gel infusion is used to help with heat. Strong retail story.
• Latex — bouncier, more resilient, naturally breathable, faster to recover its shape. Appeals to buyers who want a “natural” positioning.

Several models combine both. We can also build hybrids to your spec.

This range runs from 16.5 cm to 39.5 cm. Thickness affects the compressed carton size, and therefore the 40HQ loading quantity — a 20 cm mattress can load roughly three times as many pieces as a 39 cm one.

Each specification sheet states the carton dimensions, carton CBM and 40HQ loading quantity for the minimum size.

Yes — that is the typical use. Labels, cover branding, carton artwork and barcodes can all carry your identity, and the construction can be tuned to your brief.

Your design stays yours; we do not resell it to another buyer.

The add-on lines that fill out an order and lift the average basket value:

• Toppers — gel visco, bio foam, duvet toppers (5–7.5 cm)
• Play & changing pads — tri-fold play mats, changing mats
• Pillows — knit, cotton, cooling and knot-ball designs
• Foam furniture — modular kids’ play couches and fold-away sofa beds

All produced on the same certified lines as the mattress range, with the same QC and documentation.

Two practical reasons:

• They load in the same container — low-cube, flat-packed items that fill the space around your mattress order and improve your freight efficiency.
• One supplier, one documentation set, one QC standard — instead of managing a separate vendor, separate compliance paperwork and separate inspection.

Generally 50 pcs per model, the same as mattresses, so you can add accessories to an order without a separate commitment. Some pillow models have a higher MOQ (100 pcs).

Accessories can be mixed with mattresses toward container volume.

An add-on. These are thin comfort layers (5–7.5 cm) designed to sit on top of an existing mattress — extending its life, or adding softness or cooling.

Modular foam sets with a zip-off, washable cover — typically 30D fire-retardant support foam under a polyester corduroy or embossed fabric.
