Certification & compliance

The standards below are ones our production facility has been tested against on previous shipments — they show what we can certify, not what is automatically included. Testing attaches to a specific production batch, so a new production run is a new product and an earlier report does not carry over. If your market or your buyer requires a particular test on the goods you order, please state it in writing at enquiry stage — we will confirm feasibility, and testing is chargeable and adds to the lead time.

How an order runs

From first enquiry to container on the water. No account setup, no platform fees — a direct line to the factory.

Send your spec

Tell us the size, height, firmness, core type and target price. Our catalogue spec sheets are a starting point, not a limit.

Sample & quotation

We quote against your spec and produce a pre-production sample. Sample lead time typically 7–10 days.

Confirm & deposit

Sign off the golden sample, confirm packing artwork and place the deposit to lock production slots.

Production & QC

Production run with in-line checks. Clearance sample approved, then AQL inspection before packing.

Ship & document

We load, photograph the container and issue the full document set — invoice, packing list, B/L, certificates.
