The standards below are those our production facility has been tested against and audited for on previous programmes. They show what we can certify — not what ships by default. Fewer than half of the items on this page will be relevant to any single order, so please read the note below before you shortlist.
Material testing attaches to a specific production batch, not to a product name. A new production run is a new product, even when the construction is identical to something we have made before: the foam, fabric and filling are new lots, so a previous report does not carry over.
That is why the list above is a statement of what our facility is able to be tested and audited against — not a set of certificates bundled with every item. If your market or your buyer requires a specific test on the goods you order, state it in writing at enquiry stage. We will confirm feasibility, quote the testing cost and lead time, arrange the test on your production batch, and issue the report with the shipping documents.
We hold current test reports and certificates for the standards listed on this page. They are not attached to every product page, because which ones matter depends on your market and your buyer.
Tell us at enquiry stage which markets you sell into and which certification your buyer requires. We will send the relevant report for review, redacted where it contains commercially sensitive information.
Reports are issued against a specific production batch. Where your order requires testing on your own goods, we arrange the test on your production run and issue the report with the shipping documents.
